Borno State To Re-Open Secondary Schools In November 16.

Borno State government says that it would be
re-opening public secondary schools in the state
on November 16th. Making the announcement during
a meeting with principals of secondary schools in
Maiduguri yesterday, November 4th, the state
commissioner for Education, Inuwa Kubo, said that
only schools located in secured areas with adequate
security would be re-opened.
